Inspiring Infrastructure

Projects recognized by Bentley Systems in their 2009 Be Inspired Awards include a bridge in Vietnam, a light rail system in Arizona, roofs in Worcester and Wimbledon, and the modernization of Chicago's O'Hare Airport.
In this annual program, Bentley highlights outstanding examples of its software in use on infrastructure projects of all kinds around the world. This year's program includes awards in 17 categories, from buildings and roads to team coordination.
A Roof in Worcester
The roof design of the Worcester Library and History Centre in Worcester, United Kingdom, draws on two local influences: the nearby Malvern Hills and the historic Royal Worcester kilns. Feilden Clegg Bradley Studios, architectural lead on the project and winner of the 2008 Stirling Prize, used parametric modeling in Bentley's GenerativeComponents software to develop the roofscape, earning an award from Bentley for innovation in generative design.

Nepali actors pooja lama

I thought the marriage was the happy ending. But, the latest news is not so promising. Poor Pooja, she should be having a pretty hard time.
Entertainment circle is heated with the gossip of difficulties in the relationship between newly married couple, Pooja Lama and Shishir Shyangtang.
Although, Pooja said that their relationship is as good as ever and they are not having any misunderstanding, Pooja is living with her
friend Nisha Sunar instead of her newly married husband. Nisha Sunar is one of the best friends of Pooja and according to Pooja she is sick. Pooja says that Nisha’s husband is away and she doesn’t have anybody to take care of, so she has to live with Nisha.
That is ok, one should help friends in hard times. But, Pooja also claimed that the relationship between friends is more important than husband and wife’s relationship.

Rivers inNepal are treated

Rivers in Nepal are treated as goddesses. They are the ever flowing and inspiring source of beauty, abundance and infinite adventure. The rugged topography, extreme variations and excessive snow melting in Nepal make this mountain kingdom blessed with blosoming, flowering rivers, running across the country. This makes Nepal an obvious choice for river adventure.

MT. EVEREST

Sagarmatha (Mount Everest) is the World's Highest Mountain. Sagarmatha rises to 8848 Meters (29,030 Feet) above the sea level. Originally Mount Everest was called Peak XV. As it turned out, Peak XV already had two other names one name came from South side of the Mountain, from the Nepalese who referred to it as Sagarmatha or "Goddess of the Sky". The other name came from North side of the mountain from the Tibetans, who had name to it as Joloungma, or "Goddess, Mother of the world". Later the mountain has renamed in honor of Sir George Everest. Although today it is rarely called Joloungma or Sagarmatha, it is clear from their names for the mountain that the Nepalese and Tibetan people worshiped this special place on the earth.
Mount Everest looms above the valleys of the Khumbu Region of Nepal. The world's tallest mountain has lured trekkers and mountaineers since Sherpa Tenzing Norgay and Edmund Hillary, a New Zealand beekeeper, made the first ascent in May 1953. While it has been more than 50 years since it first achieved international celebrity, Everest continues to fascinate the adventurous as a world-class mountain destination.
Snow Lion Expeditions has been leading trekkers to the base of the world's highest mountain for nearly two decades. The company offers three different trekking routes through the Khumbu to breathtaking viewpoints of Everest: Kala Pattar, Everest Base Camp, Gokyo Ri and Thyangboche Monastery.

Beautiful Pokhara

The beauty, they say, lies in the eyes of a beholder. That might be true to something beautiful, but what you want to tell about something sublime. If there is something that challenges Biblical Garden of Eden in its splendor and magnificence, it’s Pokhara – the ultimate destination for the wanderlusts and those who appreciate, of course, beauty in its pristine glory.
The enchanting valley of Pokhara valley is situated at an altitude of 827 meters from sea level. An incarnation of the religious heaven, this celestial city is also known as the “city of seven lakes”. Just 200 kilometers west of Kathmandu, it is linked by Air and by road from Kathmandu and the Indian border Sunauli. Pokhara offers magnificent views of Dhaulagiri, Fishtail, Manaslu, five peaks of Annapurna and others. This is one of the few places in the world to provide such a dramatic view in a sub-tropical setting. The nearest snow-capped mountain, Fishtail, is less then 30 kilometers from Pokhara. Pokhara's numerous lakes offer fishing, boating and swimming.A
